Friday July, 16 -  Empower Yourself Day is the third of  six, free community events Senator Parker will host this summer. The New York Controller’s Office will be on hand to help people locate unclaimed funds and Restoration from Bedford Stuyvesant will be on hand to provide information on financial empowerment.
