2010 Fishing Facts

I am pleased to provide you with an updated copy of “Fishing Facts” for the year 2010 (pdf file attached below).  This publication reflects the Department of Environmental Conservation’s (DEC’s) recently adopted marine recreation fishing regulations. 

Please pay particular attention to changes in size, season and/or creel limit as they have recently been changed by state regulation.
