SENATOR REV. RUBÉN DÍAZ AND THE NEW YORK  HISPANIC CLERGY ORGANIZATION TO ORGANIZE EFFORTS TO HELP HAITI

Senator Rev. Rubén Díaz and the New York Hispanic Clergy Organization will meet tomorrow Thursday, January 14, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Christian Community Neighborhood Church at 1437 Longfellow Avenue (bet. Jennings & Freeman St.) to organize a massive effort to help their brothers and sisters in Haiti.  The Association represents over one hundred (100) churches in the tri-state area.

Senator Díaz said “At a time like this we must all come together and do everything we can to help the people of Haiti who are suffering from such a devastating catastrophe.”
