Buy a Soldier Dinner

The U.S. Army’s 436 TC Battalion’s Family Readiness Group is planning its next Family Day for Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield.

A number of soldiers from the battalion have recently returned from serving overseas or will soon be deployed, and the event will present an opportunity for them to spend an enjoyable, much-deserved day with their families.

The organization’s goal is to ensure that no soldier pay for the event. The cost of the dinner is $20 per person.

Donations may also be given to Esther LaRubio and will be forwarded to the Family Readiness group.
