I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting a “Shed the Meds” program on October 22, 2011, from 9am - 12pm at the ATS Sports Complex Parking Area (next to the Elmont Memorial Library), located at 700 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003. For directions, click HERE.
This program, hosted in conjunction with Senator Jack Martins and the Nassau County Police Department, will allow you to safely dispose of any unused or expired medications that could potentially end up in the hands of children or others who may incorrectly use or abuse them.
