Senator Adams, The Prospect Park Alliance Board Chairman Al Garner, Brooklyn Borough President Markowitz and fellow Lakeside supporters celebrated the completion of the frame of a new recreational and educational facility at Prospect Park, a milestone for one of the Park's biggest projects ever. Lakeside Project's "topping off" at 28 feet was marked by raising a flag and a glass to view the amazing progress that has been made. The indoor-outdoor building is part of the Park’s massive Lakeside Center project, which includes two skating rinks and lakeshore restoration.
