(St. Albans, NY)- In light of the snow storm which is expected to hit New York City late this evening, Senator Malcolm A. Smith will kick-off Operation Snow Patrol.
Senator Smith will be traveling throughout his district monitoring the city’s cleanup efforts in Southeast Queens. Community Advocates such as Yvonne Reddick of Community Board 12, Brian Block and Lawrence McClean of Community Board 13, Manny Caughman of Assemblyman William Scarborough’s office, District Leader Lew Simon, Kevin Alexander , Valerie West, Rachel Forde, Jill Moore, Kenneth Lee, Malcolm Harewood, Cheryl Jeffrey-Blake, Laverene Jeffrey and Renee McWilliams of the Rockaway Development & Revitalization Corporation will be among a dozen other community advocates canvassing their respective neighborhoods conducting snow patrol assessments.
