In response to recent tire slashing incidents within the confines of the 68 Pct, a male suspect is being sought with partial description as follows:

Suspect Description

6 foot tall

Male White/Hispanic

Male was carrying a duffel bag

Black waist length jacket & black baseball cap

Remember to lock all car doors

Remove all belongings when you leave the car

If you see someone acting suspicious

Try to remember the clothing they are wearing

Their direction of travel

Special characteristics (scars, tattoos etc.)
