Knicks Legend John Starks Appears at New York Knicks Basketball Clinic Sponsored by Senator Marty Golden and the Neighborhood Improvement Association Community Services Network

Brooklyn – State Senator Marty Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn) and the Neighborhood Improvement Association Community Services Network, recently sponsored a Basketball Clinic hosted by the New York Knicks, headlined by Knicks Legend John Starks and former player and Knicks Marketing Specialist Troy Bowers. The clinic took place at the NIA Community Services Network after school program at Shallow Junior High School.
The clinic welcomed the participation of approximately 75 kids in the interactive basketball clinic designed to teach basic basketball fundamentals, good sportsmanship, build self esteem, and teach healthy living and proper nutrition. All children and staff received Knicks premium items as participation gifts.
