Senator Mike Nozzolio Congratulates Commander Mike Bowen

Waterloo - Senator Mike Nozzolio congratulated Mike Bowen who was recently elected and installed as the New York State Department Commander of the American Legion.  Commander Bowen is a 42-year life member of the Warner-Van Riper Post 435 in Waterloo, New York.
