Discusses Impact Of Prison Closures
The NYSCOPBA officials spoke to Senator Ritchie about her successful efforts to keep the North Country prisons she represents open and her recent tour of the facilities.
They discussed security and staffing issues at the five prisons in her district and the 1,500 jobs the facilities provide in the region.
