First Full Time Senate Office In Oswego In Decades
State Senator Patty Ritchie has announced the opening of her district office in the Oswego County Office Building.
“I am very pleased to announce the opening of the first full-time Senate office in decades to serve the people of Oswego County,” Senator Ritchie said. “Thanks to the assistance of the members of the Oswego County Legislature, my constituents will be able to get the assistance they need from state government at a convenient location on the 1st floor of the county government building.”
“I have three experienced Oswego County residents who will be helping me to respond to the needs of their neighbors and friends,” Senator Ritchie said. The offices are located at 46 East Bridge St. in Oswego.
Holly F. Carpenter, the former executive director of the Fulton Housing Authority, is the director of community relations. She oversees the senate office in Oswego.
Patricia Holst of Williamstown and Stephanie Andrews of Mexico are serving as constituent liaisons in the Oswego office.
Holst is a former community liason for Assemblyman David Townsend. She is also a former employee of the Altmar Parish Williamstown Central School District where she oversaw the computer lab and public relations for the school.
Andrews is a longtime advocate for the disabled. She chaired the Oswego County Autism Task Force. She is a former director of vocational rehabilitation at J.H. Burnash & Co. where she helped manage programs in Oswego and surrounding counties.
