Senator Reverend Ruben Diaz to be Honored in San Juan
New York State Senator Reverend Ruben Diaz (D-Bronx) will be honored at Clamor a Dios on Labor Day, September 5, 2011 at 12:00 noon at at the north entrance of the Capitol building in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Clamor a Dios is an annual event that has been held for decades by Reverend Jorge Raschke, one of Puerto Rico’s most ardent supporters of traditional marriage.
Senator Reverend Diaz stated: “I am deeply humbled to be recognized at the 2011 Clamor a Dios for my efforts to defend marriage. This recognition will invigorate my efforts to keep the marriage issue alive and ultimately let it be decided by New York’s voters.”
This event draws VIP’s and dignitaries from Puerto Rico’s government along with thousands of Christians from all over the island. It will be broadcast online on September 5th at 11PM on ncntelevision.com.
