Keeping the Commitment - Information on the 2011-12 State Budget

The New York State Senate has completed passage of the 2011-12 state budget one day prior to the April 1^st budget deadline.  The budget, which has now received final approval by the Assembly, achieves the critically important goals of reducing state spending, not raising taxes and creating new private sector jobs.
