Kingsbury Fire Department seeks storm relief donations

The Kingsbury Fire Department is collecting items to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Firefighters who have responded to devastated areas said the following items are needed: bottled water, flashlights, batteries, non-perishable food, cat food, dog food, baby items such as baby food, clothing and diapers, garbage bags, blankets, construction gloves, shovels, bleach, and rakes.
The donation drive is ongoing at the Kingsbury Fire Station, located on Burgoyne Avenue, through this Saturday, November 10 at 12 noon.
