Governor Andrew Cuomo has just unveiled his new Executive Budget Proposal -- marking the beginning of the State Budget negotiation and adoption process for the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year.  

Last year, the Senate passed an on-time budget that achieved our critically important goals of controlling spending, avoiding tax increases and helping to create new private sector jobs.  This year, we will look to build upon this progress by passing an on-time, fiscally responsible budget that keeps our State moving in the right direction.
