The Penfield Volunteer Emergency Ambulance Service hosted its annual awards banquet on Saturday. Celebrating 45 years of service, Penfield Volunteer Ambulance honored members for their individual contributions. Listed below are the names of the individuals recognized at the awards banquet. I hope you join me in thanking these selfless individuals who risk their lives on a daily basis to protect our community.
Ronald McGlynn: Outstanding Service
This is PVEA’s highest honor. The award recognizes a member who, over a period of time, has consistently worked to maintain the integrity and vision of PVEA.
Donald Behner: Member of the Year
This award recognizes a member who went above and beyond to serve PVEA during 2011.
