Please note that AC&C will have limited service in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, as follows: Queens and Bronx Pet Receiving Centers are closed; Staten Island Care Center is closed; Manhattan and Brooklyn Care Centers are open for adoptions, return-to-owners, and in-takes; Field Operations is operating normally; if there is an animal-related emergency, please call 311.
