Senator Owen H. Johnson congratulated Suffolk County High School students who performed with the All-State Instrumental and Vocal Jazz Ensembles in Albany on March 5, 2012. The talented musicians performed at a New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) reception honoring the late Joseph R. Sugar, a tireless advocate for the advancement of music education in our schools.
