Dennis Gartland, Retired Robert Moses State Park Manager, Honored For 38 Years of Service

Senator Owen H. Johnson joined Chuck Hollins, Past President of the Long Island Beach Buggy Association (LIBBA) in recognizing Dennis Gartland, retired Robert Moses State Park Manager, for 38 years of dedication and service to New York State Parks.

Chuck Hollins presented the award on behalf of LIBBA and the Montauk Surfcasters Association.  The presentation took place at Senator Johnson’s Beach Cleanup 2012 at Robert Moses State Park, Field #2 on September 15, 2012.
