Senator Bill Larkin Announces National Fishing and Boating Week

Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson) joined with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in announcing the week of June 2-10, 2012 as National Fishing and Boating Week.
“I encourage everyone to take advantage of all the lakes and rivers that New York has to offer,” said Senator Larkin. “With the summer fast approaching, boating and fishing are a few of the many activities that the whole family can enjoy together.”
Anyone interested in purchasing fish permits may visit their local municipal offices, sporting good stores, or apply online or by phone. For those who wish to apply by phone, please call 1-86-NY-DECALS (1-866-933-2257) or if you wish to apply online, visit the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Online License System at https://nyfgisales.appsolgrp.com/fgnyia/html/index.jsp.
