Statement by Senator Bill Larkin on the Governor's Budget Proposal

"The Governor's budget proposal is an excellent starting point to the budget process," said Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson).  "I feel we will be able to achieve a substantial number of the Governor's initiatives and I look forward to starting the  process and working towards a budget that helps all New Yorkers.  Improving the state's economy and business climate is paramount to bringing back confidence in New York State and I feel the Governor's budget makes great strides towards making this a reality," said Larkin.
