Senator Fuschillo & Assemblyman Mcdonough Congratulate North Bellmore-North Little League’s Lady Rebels on Winning the State Softball Championship

      Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick) and Assemblyman David G. McDonough (North Merrick) recently congratulated the North Bellmore-North Merrick Lady Rebels Softball Team on winning the New York State Championship. 

     The Lady Rebels captured the New York State Championship in the 9-10 year old division after winning the South Shore District Championship and the Long Island Championship. 

     “After months of hard work and competition, the Lady Rebels earned the right to be called New York State Champions. They’ve made the entire Bellmore-Merrick community very proud, and I am pleased to congratulate them on this incredible honor,” said Senator Fuschillo.
