Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick), Assemblyman David McDonough (R-North Merrick), and Long Island Cares recently joined together in sponsoring a free supply distribution program in Wantagh to help families continue to recover from the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
As part of the program, representatives from Long Island Cares distributed cleaning supplies, heaters, blankets, non-perishable food, water, and pet food to residents in need. The program took place at Wantagh Park
