Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick) recently joined with the Roosevelt community in celebrating the grand opening of the newly rebuilt Roosevelt High School.
The new high school is the final part of a district-wide initiative to rebuild its entire infrastructure of schools. It includes new classrooms, science and computer labs, a library, and job training centers.
“This is another great day for the Roosevelt community. This beautiful new building provides students with a state of the art learning environment from which to grow. The future is bright for the Roosevelt School District,” said Senator Fuschillo.
