Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick) recently joined with members of the Roosevelt community at the dedication of a new veterans monument in Roosevelt.
The monument, which is located at the Brigadier General George A. Jones Triangle next to the Roosevelt Post Office, honors the men and women of Roosevelt who served in the American armed forces. Hundreds of residents turned out to witness the unveiling of the monument and show their support for Roosevelt’s veterans.
