Senator Fuschillo Requests Information From Dmv Following Driver License Cheating Scam

Following reports that individuals cheated on their commercial driver's license exam by bribing DMV security guards, Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick), Chairman of the New York State Senate's Transportation Committee, called on the DMV Commissioner to provide information as to how DMV is responding to the scam. Senator Fuschillo requested that the Commissioner inform the Committee about the steps DMV is taking to prevent future security breaches and find other drivers who obtained commercial driver's licenses through this fraud.
