Senator Carlucci Delivers Thanksgiving Bags
to Families in Need
Senator Carlucci teamed up with local community group Advocating for Change to get out holiday Thanksgiving bags to needy families who would otherwise not be able to afford to have a traditional Thanksgiving. The group delivered over a hundred bags to seven different schools in the East Ramapo School District.
Senator Carlucci said, "With the holiday season coming up I would like to wish you and your family a very happy and bountiful Thanksgiving. This year there is much to be thankful for and I hope you are able to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. At this time of year, I also think it’s important to not just give thanks, but also to give back to the community.
"This week I was proud to volunteer with the group Advocating for Change to give out holiday Thanksgiving bags to needy families who would otherwise not be able to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal this year."
"In this spirit, I wish everyone a happy and healthy start to the holiday season."
