Senator Carlucci Statement on Bond Rating Upgrade

State Senator David Carlucci (D-New City) said, "After working together with my colleagues in Albany and local leaders here in Rockland County I am very happy to announce that Moody's, the bond rating service, has upgraded Rodland County's bond rating from negative to stable in part thanks to the deficit financing bill which was recently signed into law. Finally Rockland County is moving in the right direction. I will continue to make sure the County not only has a second chance, but is held accountable for its actions moving forward."
