Senator Skelos Presents Rockville Centre Resident WITH Citation for Saving the Life of a Drowning Swimmer

It was with great pleasure that I presented Rebecca Tolan with a citation honoring her for her heroism in saving the life of a Rockville Centre resident, who on June 25th was drowning in the waters off Atlantic Beach when she was rescued by Rebecca.
The Village of Rockville Centre has proclaimed July 15 to be “Rebecca Tolan Day” in honor of her selfless and courageous life saving act.
