The 2013-2014 New York State Budget

The 2013-2014 State Budget is a fiscally responsible budget that will control spending, cut taxes and keep New York State moving in the right direction.  It is the third consecutive on-time budget.

New legislation will require all homeowners receiving a Basic STAR exemption to register with the New York State Tax Department in order to receive STAR exemptions in 2014 and subsequent years. For more information on the STAR program, please click here.
