Senate Majority Coalition Releases Analysis of the 2013-14 Executive Budget Proposal

Senate Republican Conference Leader Dean Skelos, Senate Independent Democratic Conference Leader Jeffrey Klein, and Senate Finance Committee Chair John A. DeFrancisco announced the release of the Senate Majority Coalition “white book” analysis of the Governor’s 2013-14 Executive Budget proposal. The analysis was prepared by the Senate Finance and Counsel staff to assist the members of the Finance Committee and the Senate as a whole, in budget deliberations.  A link to the report is below:
