Mr. Mills will assume the full duties and responsibilities of Counsel to the Education Committee as of November 2nd.
“In the time that Carl has been working in our office, he has become an integral member of our staff serving in many important capacities and demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to the highest work product,” stated Senator Flanagan. “In many ways, Carl has already been fulfilling the role of Counsel to the Education Committee with the caliber of work he produces and the professionalism he exhibits. Today is merely a formal announcement of Carl’s new position in our office which was well-earned and deserved. I look forward to receiving Carl’s wise counsel and valued input on education issues affecting New York State.”
