Discussion Will Cover Proposed Flood Maps and Insurance Requirements
Queens, NY, April 2, 2013 – In a continuing effort to reach out to all his southern Queens residents who were hit hard by Superstorm Sandy and are still in the process of recovery and planning for the future, NYS Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. (D-Howard Beach) is pleased to announce there will be a FEMA Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, April 11 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM, at PS 146, 98-01 159th Avenue in Howard Beach.
FEMA representatives will be on hand to talk about the proposed flood maps and insurance requirements, depending on whether homeowners are in Zones A or B.
