The first place winner will be invited with their class to spend a day in the State Capitol in Albany.
The Judges for the event include: Joel Garson from Our News, Marc Hibsher from the Home Reporter, Paula Katinas from the Brooklyn Eagle, and Laurie Windsor, President, Community Education Council District 20. Members of the media are welcome.
