Senator Golden to Host Ribbon Cutting for New Police Vehicles and Station House Upgrades

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn) will join Brooklyn South Assistant Chief Owen J. Monaghan and 63rd Precinct Captain John Rowell, at a ribbon cutting ceremony tomorrow, Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. outside the 63rd Precinct, located at 1844 Brooklyn Avenue (between Avenue J and I) for two new police vans.
Senator Golden additionally secured funding for a new patrol car, 3 laptops, a defibrillator and an electronic message board for the 63rd Precinct Station. Golden additionally secured two vans for Patrol Borough Brooklyn South.
Patrol Brooklyn South Auxiliary Chief Tony Christo and representatives of the 63rd Precinct Community Council will also be in attendance.
