Senator Golden Partners WITH the Bookmark Shoppe for the Book Release of Allegiant and a Story Writing Contest

Event features Faction Costume Contest, Choose Your Faction Quiz, Free Give Aways, Prizes, & Refreshments
Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn), in conjunction with The BookMark Shoppe, will be hosting a book release party for Allegiant, Book III by Veronica Roth on Tuesday, October 22nd, 6:00PM at The BookMark Shoppe, located at 8415 3rd Avenue in Brooklyn.
Kids up to the age of 18 can participate in a Story Writing Contest, related to Veronica Roth’s World of Divergent. All entries are due No Later Than October 16th, 7:00pm to either the BookMark Shoppe or Senator Golden’s office.
The event will also have a Costume Contest, Choose Your Faction Quiz, Free Give-Aways, Prizes, and refreshments.
“I am excited about our upcoming event, as Veronica Roth has written one of my favorites series,” said Bina Valenzano, co-owner of The BookMark Shoppe. “I am also looking forward to the story writing contest, which will engage kids by getting involved in reading and as well writing and show their creative side!!”
