Senator Golden Partners WITH Coney Island Hospital to Offer Free Flu Shots

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C, 22nd District) in conjunction Coney Island Hospital, is announcing that he will be offering free flu shots by appointment only for senior citizens, uninsured residents, and those who the Health Department is encouraging to get the annual flu vaccine, at three events during the month of October.
Free flu shots will be available to the community on:
Tuesday, October 22, 2013, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Carmine Carro Community Center at 3000 Fillmore Avenue
Thursday, October 24, 2013, 11:00 a.m.- 4:00 pm Bay Ridge Manor, located at 476-76th Street
Tuesday, October 29, 2013, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. St. Simon and Jude located at 294 Avenue T
Senator Marty Golden stated, "I am proud to partner with Coney Island Hospital to make the flu vaccination available at no cost to residents of my district. I wish to remind everyone how important it is get a flu shot so to keep from falling ill this winter.”
