Statement by Senator Mike Nozzolio in Opposition to Land in Trust Application

The Federal Government should not provide trust status to the Oklahoma Cayuga-Senecas, and allow them to establish a reservation and indian casino in the central Finger Lakes of New York State.

I continue to strongly oppose any action by Washington bureaucrats to create an indian reservation in our region, and urge our Federal congressional representatives in the United States Senate and House of Representatives to take immediate action to block this current application.
