Ritchie Celebrates Opening of Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad Headquarters

State Senator Patty Ritchie recently attended the opening of the Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad Headquarters, where she joined local officials to help cut the ribbon on the new facility.
