The Legislature's fiscal committees continue a series of public hearings this week on Governor Andrew Cuomo's 2013-14 proposed state budget.

Today's topics: Mental Hygiene (beginning at 9:30 a.m.), and Workforce Development (scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m.).
