Public Authorities Law

Limits New York City water board's authority to increase rates charged

Penal Law

Imposes increased penalties on assaults of certain New York city housing authority employees

Criminal Procedure Law

Provides for immediate notification to a complainant, in the manner specified by the complainant, of the service of an ex parte order of protection

 

S 4719-B  LANZA, SAVINO   Same as A 6530-B  Cusick  

Executive Law

Requires counties and cities with a population of one million or more to prepare comprehensive emergency management plans

 

S 6349  LANZA   Same as A 364  Dinowitz (MS)  

New York City Administrative Code

Authorizes the New York city commissioner of finance to approve suitable rewards for information that leads to the detection of violations of the tax on cigarettes
