The 2014 Legislative Session kicks off in January with the Governor's annual State of the State message. Governor Cuomo will outline his priorities to the Legislature and to all New Yorkers and, in the months that follow, I will work with my colleagues on initiatives that we identify as being important to the future of our state and betterment of our communities.
