Senator Martins to Appear on Cablevision’s “Meet the Leaders”

     Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) was recently a guest on Cablevision’s “Meet the Leaders, ” a local program which explores the people, policies, and issues which are responsible for directing the future course of Long Island. 

     On the show, Senator Martins and host Pat Halpin discuss the recently approved New York State budget; recently enacted reforms to address the State Education Department’s failed Common Core rollout; how building the Cosmos Soccer Stadium in Elmont would promote economic development; and the impact the MTA’s decision to change LIRR Presidents will have on Long Island.

     The show airs from May 14th through June 10th on Cablevision’s Channel 118 on the following days and times:

     Sundays: 7 am, 1 pm, 8:30 pm
