Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently honored Nolan Mingst of Hicksville for attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout. Senator Martins attended the Court of Honor to personally congratulate Nolan, a member of Boy Scout Troop 3211, on earning scouting’s highest honor.
“Nolan has spent years serving his community and working hard to achieve something only a select few ever do; the rank of Eagle Scout. Making this achievement even more special is the fact that Nolan is only a sophomore in high school. The entire community is very proud of Nolan and we congratulate him on earning this very prestigious honor,” said Senator Martins.
