
Senator Martins Joins WITH Albertson Community in Observing Memorial Day

Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently joined with members of the Albertson community in honoring our American heroes at the annual Memorial Day ceremony. The ceremony was held at the Albertson Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 5253.
Senator Martins, along with the VFW, Albertson Fire Department, Herricks High School Band, and local residents paid tribute to the soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our nation. Senator Martins was joined at the ceremony by fellow public officials Assemblywoman Michelle Schimel; Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos; Legislator Rich Nicolello; North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth; Town Clerk Wayne Wink; Receiver of Taxes Charles Berman; and Councilman Angelo Ferrara.
