2014 New York State Senate Teachers of Excellence Program

Teachers are the tools that enable our students to succeed in life.  They unlock a child's potential by going above and beyond every day to mentor and inspire their students.  

That is why I am participating in the New York State Senate Teachers of Excellence awards program to recognize and honor those teachers who are making a difference in our community.  You can help me by nominating a teacher, who you think has excelled in his or her job, educating their students to the fullest. 

Nominations must be returned to my district office by May 16th.  Once awardees have ben selected, each teacher, along with his or her family and school principal, will be invited to a local ceremony.  You can access a nomination form, by clicking on the link below.
