Statement from Senator John Bonacic Re: Gov. Cuomo's Nomination of Judge Leslie Stein to Court of Appeals

“I am disappointed the Governor did not appoint Judge Graffeo based on her wisdom, experience, and exemplary service to the bench during her tenure.  This is the Governor’s choice as he sees fit, and nominee Judge Leslie Stein has the necessary qualifications to sit on the Court of Appeals.  I do not think there will be a problem with her confirmation.” ###
