(East Harlem, NY) - Senator Serrano co-sponsored a free flu shot event organized by NewYork-Presbyterian Ambulatory Care Network for the community in East Harlem.
"As the cold weather approaches, it is important to protect ourselves from the flu and remain in good health. Getting an annual flu shot is a great way to stay healthy and avoid spreading the flu to others. Many thanks to NewYork-Presbyterian Ambulatory Care Network and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York for providing and administering free flu shots!" said Senator Serrano.
If you have not already received your flu shot, please visit the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's flu prevention website at nyc.gov/flu to identify a provider near you
