Senator Serrano Joins Bette Midler for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the Newly Renovated Willis Avenue Community Garden in Mott Haven

(South Bronx, NY)- Senator Serrano joined the New York Restoration Project (NYRP), founded by Bette Midler, local community leaders and supporters for the ribbon cutting ceremony of the newly renovated Willis Avenue community garden in the South Bronx. The NYRP is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming open space in underserved communities to create a greater and more sustainable city.
